Gary Jones has dedicated nearly 40 years to public service, building a career defined by leadership, integrity, and accountability.
After rising through the ranks in law enforcement to serve as Chief of Police, Gary continued his commitment to public service when he was elected Mayor of Grovetown in 2015, where voters trusted him with three consecutive terms.
Throughout his career, Gary has uncovered corruption, protected taxpayer resources, and restored trust in government institutions.
Gary is running for Columbia County Chair to ensure our county continues to grow responsibly while maintaining the transparency and accountability citizens deserve.
Next to God, Gary's family and his fiancé Michele, are his world. Doing the right thing is not always popular, but Gary's dedication to giving a voice to all citizens in Columbia County is what true leadership means.
